In times of chaos be still in mind and body; give yourself time to think – you will always find a better solution this way and will command immense respect.

The mind is very powerful and you should use this to focus on the positive aspects of life rather than dwell on the negatives. Meditation can be a great help in developing this type of discipline.
On the same note, you must dispel any unwanted thoughts from your mind. One way to do this is by regulating the emotions that you have. When you feel overwhelmed by a certain issue, you can easily deal with it by engaging in a totally different useful activity.
